How do I get my test results?
We have two ways for you to get test results. The easiest way is to use our patient portal. If you don’t have a patient portal login, please call our office to request one or ask at your next appointment. Once you are signed up, you can use the patient portal button at the top of this page to go there to retrieve your results. For more information on this, please check out our portal information page.
The second way to retrieve your test results is through our automated phone result system. You will receive an automated phone call informing you that your results are available. To access your results you must call our Secure Test Results line at 1-866-533-3081. The system will ask for your unique identification number. Enter your Social Security number at this prompt, followed by the # key. Then the system will ask you for your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Enter your date of birth at this prompt using 6-digits (MMDDYY), followed by #. For example December 1, 1975 would be entered 12-01-75, followed by the # key.

Will you call me to remind me of my appointment?
Sure! However, our Appointment Reminder system now allows you to receive reminders via Text, E-mail, or Phone call. We usually send these out 2 days before your appointment. If you currently do not get appointment reminders, or would like your reminders to come to you a different way, please call the office and let us know.
Do you have a Portal where I can see my health records? How can I sign up?
We have a brand new Patient Portal this year. You can access it by clicking on the Patient Portal button in the upper-right corner of this website. It works well with mobile devices like smartphones and tablets as well as laptops and desktop computers. You should have received an invite email to go on the portal, with information on how to get setup. If you did not, give the office a call. We can update your email address if needed and resend the invite to you. After that, account setup is simple with just 3 steps.
